      Great coworkers, but some company downsides

      Pros

      I had great coworkers and still have friends who also worked at Galls headquarters. The atmosphere is professional yet friendly. I enjoyed my position there.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive. Although there were health benefits, they were expensive and the company did not match 401K contributions. Although some people had worked there for years, other positions were a revolving door and people left for other jobs frequently.

      - VERY fast paced and work can pile up quickly - High deductible insurance plans ONLY, no PPO available - High turn around rate throughout the company can make communication & project completion difficult when roles aren’t filled consistency
