Pros

It seems since we got a new CEO more is being invested into the company info structure for a happier and more functional work environment. The CEO Mike Fadden invests his own attention to producing good video and blog content for internal use on the company Intranet. Employees are kept informed of new initiatives and improvements. It is clear that Galls will be giving a lot more attention to the customer experience thanks to Mike Fadden. He takes personal accountability in that he invites customers to email him personally, reads every email, and uses them to make needed changes in policy. He also has established a Chief to Chief initiative in order to stay connected personally with decision makers who are important to the future success at Galls. I believe Galls is being set up for success and growth because of Mr. Fadden.

Cons

I doubt I will ever advance personally at Galls because my particular skill set is not associated with a team that can measure or prove growth through numbers. I have been on my team for years without a promotion or raise because i’m told there is no room in the budget. Despite having very favorable performance reviews and being told i’m a team top performer- I see other teams consistently being promoted and given raises because they are directly tied to sales which can give reports on earnings for the company. Since my team does not directly bring in money- instead we are a support team- we get overlooked.

Pros

Flexible hours That's because you're a full time employee only allowed to work 32 hours

Cons

The company wants you to know how good they're doing, but won't follow up with raises to go with your excellent yearly review.
