Pros

Beautiful campus! You learn where you do not want to work! If you are really good at kissing butt (a.k.a. five stars on here) then great fit!

Cons

Like being in a high school environment. Fake, clicky, backstabbing. No paid holidays, no paid vacations but promote unlimited then managers send out emails that five years and under is two weeks off which in my case included holidays.

At Gallup, we don’t have a standard vacation policy. We do observe major holidays and most of our employees enjoy those days outside of the office. Our employees typically take off anywhere from 2-5 weeks of vacation – excluding holidays and depending on tenure. We recognize that your life has demands outside of your career. Our Associates also have the flexibility to come in late or leave early for doctors’ visits, kids’ games, appointments and other general life activities without having to take a day off. This type of flexibility relies heavily on personal responsibility, clear communication and a strong commitment to client needs, and isn’t for everyone. We wish you the best at your new organization.

Left for Career Growth

Pros

Have some of the friendliest people you've ever met. Culture is great, the people really care about you. Most employees really care about the company and the work they do, which is very inspiring. Great work/life balance and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

Cons

Not enough work to go around. Very little opportunity for career growth or promotion. Management positions go to those with 20+ years tenor, new hires, or those that have an in with the Clifton family. Management wants you to be innovative, but will shoot you down. Low budgets and team cuts when I left. Pay is not one of their selling points.

Pros

Good job for night owls and people with no social life. You'll get a paycheck. They will hire pretty much anyone that has a pulse and no strong accent.

Cons

Forced social events that are unpaid, shady pay structure that pretty much assures you will never get a bonus or even the $9.75 they say they will pay you. A call center filled with teenagers who are there to socialize and, for some reason, people who think watching TV at work is acceptable. Their idea of a reward is getting your own desk. Everything seems to be based on popularity rather than the type of work you do.
