      Pros

      As a developer I like in Gallup we follow new technologies, developers ideas counting so much. We have opportunity to make mistake and learn a lot. Really good communication. In General high quality code produce.

      Cons

      They dont provide enough technical source to work from home as other IT companies such as work table, chair and stuffs.

      Pros

      Career progression has exceeded my expectations. Within 4 years I have grown and moved between 3 different roles, including undertaking certified training where it has been required. Flexible working hours and hybrid work is an option and in my case required as I often work with colleagues with a 6 hour time zone difference. Wellbeing is also taken seriously, having started a family during my time at Gallup I can share that management has been accommodating when absence has been required to look after a child or for a nursery schedule.

      Cons

      Depending on role, it may on occasion be necessary to be online in the evenings as your colleagues are spread globally.
