Pros
Gallup's offices are beautiful, coworkers are hard-working and talented, and most locations offer a relatively causal and autonomous culture. The brand is strong.
Cons
Client-facing roles are overworked and stretched too thin, which impacts the quality of work and morale. Productivity expectations continue to increase as salaries decrease. The priority of the leadership team is becoming a billion dollar comany, and they will do so at the expense of their workers....many of which are choosing to leave. Key managers aren't respected by employees. "People leaders" need to have the skill set to support and challenge employees, be an advocate, and provide career growth opportunities; this is a different skill set from managing budgets. Few career growth and development opportunities exist.
