Nice people ideology, very positive atmosphere where everything is possible and people concentrate on right solutions not on the problems. They feel accountable and take extreme ownership for their actions.
Cons
Not too many projects going on in some offices, there are times when the workload is so low that employees form other offices search for jobs to do in departments in other countries.
