      Pros

      I like what I do. Can see directly from the clients I work with daily that I am making a difference for them for the better. The stock options are good. Out of all my investments it has been the most solid. From the looks and sounds of our financials lately I stand to make another leap when the new stock price comes out soon.

      Cons

      Building up a portfolio takes some time.

      Pros

      -Very intelligent and hardworking colleagues, who work hard and play harder. -Opportunity to be entrepreneurial at even a fresh-graduate level -Flexible working hours . -Lack of micro-management. -Get to use my talents everyday -Very caring managers. -Very large and connected global network. - Excellent global-training opportunities

      Cons

      - Very strong research brand, but, not very strong consulting brand. Makes it hard to get revenue ,given the new direction, but, really where there is a strong leadership and strong will , there is definitely a way - Had a huge turnover as a result of certain disgruntled and overpaid former colleagues, who have made rebuilding the business much harder.
