Incredible flexibility and an opportunity to work on ground breaking work. Also a good place if you are looking to gain international exposure. Freedom to move to different offices if you are so inclined. Also, if you are really talented, the Gallup brand can launch your career.
Cons
If you need your hand held, it is not the place for you. A mertitocracy where people right out of school can make an impact if they have the courage and will. The focus on more standardized approaches may turn off people who are looking to work on custom solutions.
