Pros
The management is very friendly helpful and makes sure that you meet the quota for the week. If you do not do well one week they are more than willing to help you get to quota. The pay can be really good for a summer job, if you can get people to complete surveys.
Cons
People do not like completing surveys generally, especially over the phone to a stranger, so it can be really difficult to reach quota some nights. People can get really irritated and frustrated over the phone too, so there are a lot of difficult calls.
