*Truly a strengths-based culture where the focus is what you do best and helping you build upon that. *Leadership cares about you as a person and constantly encourages your development *Pay is competitive for the market, if you want to earn more, simply perform better and be willing to take on more responsibility.. it's as easy as that. *You will have close friends at work *I've never woken up on a Monday morning and haven't wanted to go to work *It's a financially secure company that is only growing. No issues with job security.

Cons

If you don't enjoy being friends with coworkers, working on challenging and engaging projects, or working for a company who's mission is to truly help the world through people, you won't enjoy working here.

Nice aesthetic offices, clean, free coffee great office locations globally, If you keep your head low you can stay for a while

Cons

Terrible rating system to get a bonus Nepotism Hard to grow in t he company, once they find a "position' for you you are more or less stuck with it unless you suck up to management & play politics If you are stuck with a bad manager you are in a hole, you have no outlets to get help & dont turn to HR, they will always bat for the Manager & then you are stuck in a hard place
