Pros

Impactful work. Stable company. Collaborative environment.

Cons

Strong focus on individual velocity. Lack of work/life balance. Unpaid overtime. Lack of Competitive Compensation with no room for negotiation. Inflation and a low annual raise will drive you away. Limited Career Growth. Lack of innovation with tech leads that seem to be resistant to adopting new technologies and methodologies. There is a preference for older approaches.
