A Culture Like No Other

Pros

Amazing people/coworkers that all share the same goals. Managers that care about you as a person, not just as an employee. A company that actually cares about your career growth and enabling you to succeed. A Strengths-Based culture, meaning people are encouraged to do that at which they are naturally best.

Cons

You will actually care about your job. If you are the "Clock in/clock out" kind of person, Gallup probably isn't for you.

Great First Year

Pros

This has been a great first year and really flown by. This indicates that I am enjoying my job and not paying attention to how long I have been doing it. I really like that Gallup buys into what it sells. The people are great and the teamwork and communication is excellent.

Cons

Lack of specific ERGs. Invest in Employee Resource Groups. I know there is an all encompassing team but I find that employees really get evolved and take ownership in the company when they have specific groups they can be part of that understands their individual needs and wants.
