      Quickly growing location tackling some interesting software and electronics projects. Small company allows for much input from individuals

      Cons

      Decent amount of turnover and not enough resources to handle the amount of work coming in. Salary and benefits are just okay.

      Great work environment. Nice co-workers, good teamwork. I loved being a part of making military helmets. Loved my job.

      Cons

      One supervisor did not speak well to his employees and had much influence over other shifts and supervisors. HR was never available. A severe lack of communication.
