Pros
Galvion is a company with soul - the team spirit is undeniable, with everyone working towards common goals. Employees are hard working and helpful, several of whom have served in the military and are an inspiration to their colleagues. Work hard, play hard is the vibe, and the comradery is felt on all levels. Senior management is experienced, approachable, and willing to coach employees with leadership potential. Having held many positions during my tenure at Galvion, it is evident that the leadership team is willing to provide employees with room to grow and take on new challenges - a level of trust that isn't always the norm for employers. The company also offers a mentoring program and sponsors external trainings to ensure employee growth. Cocktail hours, dinners and other team building activities take place regularly (pre/post covid). Overall a great place to work!
Cons
Galvion struggles with manufacturing capacity, which consequently has ripple effects but is a good problem to have. The company has been building an experienced team and allocated the necessary resources to course correct this problem.
