Low pay, high turnover, horrible benefits that few accept, raffles of free stuff instead of cost of living raises, suppliers not paid so no work, work in extreme heat in the summer and cold in the winter, retaliatory corrective actions when revenue goals are not met, no advancement opportunities, poor process change communication from management, team leads and supervisors, minimal training, senior leaders dangle carrots but don't deliver with promised rewards when goals exceeded
