      Pros

      The company truly cares about the employees and values their opinions, each year the companies surveys all employees and reviews each one of the surveys to ensure that G-J is maintaining a great work environment. The products designed and sold by G-J are the premier products in the market place and the employees are passionate about their jobs.

      Cons

      I cannot complain about any facet of my job or the company.

      Great Company to work for

      Pros

      I enjoy working for an American Manufacturing Company. We have a great Management Team that is very supportive. I feel very proud when I see a fire or police vehicle with the equipment we designed/manufactured - go out on call with lights flashing.

      Cons

      To be fully honest, This is my first job that I can no cons.
