Fun company to work for. There are lots of very fun projects to work on. Management is very supportive of workers. Company pays for health care.
Cons
All workers are working remotely. Sometimes it is more fun to be in an office.

401k. Fully remote. Management which actively looks to improve quality of life and careers of employees. 100% paid for high quality medical, dental. HSA and vision for employees and family. Very large HSA contribution from GC. Creative work place (remote). Overtime next to nothing. Nurturing work environment.
Cons
Fund matching on 401k would be icing on cake.
