Pros

Co workers are amazing, managers are not

Cons

They have a really bad point system, a lot of favoritism, they care more about quantity not quality.

Pros

Great hours. Easy job. Decent benefits.

Cons

They have a very poor disciplinary system. Any investigation is based on the opposing parties point of view and they do not ask for the side of the person under investigation. They go based on word of mouth and no solid evidence. You don’t even get a warning or formal meeting about concerns to try to improve. You just get fired. This has happened to several people at this company. One wrong move or wrong word to the wrong person, and they will crush you. Absolute blatant favoritism for others that break company policy. If you’re not a favorite, make sure you don’t do anything wrong.
