Pros
I love how Game One has a small company feel even though we have 600+ employees nationwide. Management is transparent and cares for their team members. My colleagues are great - they work hard, they're on top of things, and they help me learn and better myself. There is a sense of inclusivity with the big transformation from 8 brands to 1. I have not experienced ANY toxicity which can be rare in such a big company. I love the company-wide meeting each month to keep everyone up to date...everyone is invited regardless of your role! I would recommend working at Game One to anybody!
Cons
Not everyone is accepting of the growing pains from re-branding 8 companies into 1. It takes time to find our rhythm with this big change. Everyone is trying their best and deserves grace!
