High degree of autonomy, smart engineers, and transparent management
Cons
People not used to having a lot of independence might find the lack of hand-holding a negative. I personally think there is a good balance and the amount of guidance or dependence on others you receive or want is dependent on what you want out of it.
- Invests heavily in career advancement and employee learning
- Cross-functional team structure allows for more learning and involvement outside of primary job role
- Unlimited vacation (and not pressured to work more because of it)
- Friendly, safe work environment
- Great office
Cons
- Lack of direction/leadership from parent company
