The CEO is incompetent And a tyrant If you cross or you will be gone the next day Either drink the Kool-Aid or don’t come on board

Very chummy clicky leadership So much so some of them are dating

The work is always rewarding.

Cons

The people in charge make it impossible to enjoy the rewarding work. If you’re an admin expect to work upwards of 80 hours a week since staffing is never full. Especially if you’re on call. Senior admin will never come in to cover shifts.
