High stress, no work life balance, feel like we're DCF and Family networks puppets, quick burn out, staff always on phone, having to answer for others inadequacy

There are no perks. Cheap with the grant funds for programs. The most racist program I have ever worked in, despite their "commitment" to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
