Leadership is Odd, Unprofessional & dating each other ! Uncomfortable atmosphere- they run the place like a prison vs a non profit. Extremely unfriendly to any new comers unless your Spanish.......

The work environment is very good, co-workers and supervisors are kind and ready to help.

Cons

They show little regard for both the patient and the employee, burdening them with overwhelming caseloads and displaying little interest in the employee's professional growth. Despite the clinician's genuine desire to provide quality care, the conditions make it nearly impossible to deliver satisfactory service to the patient.
