      Pros

      The Company supports work life balance. Hours are somewhat flexible depending on who you report to.

      Cons

      Workload defeats work life balance. Frequent major reorganizations. Upper management only care about promoting themselves and not about the team who supports them. People who get promoted do not know how to manage their team. Turnover is high.

      Discount, 4 weeks PTO and flexibility in your schedule, Work with lots of passionate people

      Cons

      Constant Change, Constant manager turnover. This use to be the best company to work for. Lots of people 20+ years are leaving the company. Unrealistic expectations with no payroll to support them. Upper management is out of touch. It is about who you know to move up. It never was this way before.
