Pros

Flexibility with schedule(for school) Great Discount Managers are pretty easy going(in my store)

Cons

Hours fluxuate depending on your weekly sales. If you are concerned about hours this might not be the job for you, some associates only got 4 hours a weeks. Markdowns are very tough with outdated guns Outdated registers, old stores.
