Pros

I work in the warehouse. Some of the best reasons are pay is getting better. Benefits are okay.

Cons

In the warehouse it has it's share of problems. Workers aren't trained but expected to perform at 100% Workers often are territorial over work. Workers don't respect others and this leads to fights. Management and Supervisors don't care about anything except production. There's hardly never any work.

Pros

access to other areas of the brand

Cons

your whole experience is dictated by your manager, and there are a lot of horrible managers at Gap. in my experience (and many of my peers), this was an extremely toxic work environment that provided no place to go but rather plummets your mental health. i would look elsewhere for employment
