Pros

Good relationship between management and employees. Generally pleasant workplace atmosphere. Better to work at than many other retail clothing companies.

Cons

Sometimes promotions or lack thereof do not seem as logical as they should be. Otherwise, not many cons to speak of.

Pros

- employee discount: 50% off regular merch. at Gap and BR, 30% at Old Navy - Gap points: handed out by management if they see you doing a good job, can save up points to redeem for prizes on a website - flexible hours: very accommodating of my school schedule - positive environment

Cons

- the store gets a bit hectic at times, but that's to be expected in most retail stores in a popular mall

Pros

Discount, flexible schedule for students, opportunities posted publicly if interested in future advancement, the experience really depends on your manager and your ability to keep them smiling

Cons

Horrible pay, inconsistent hours, completely bogus performance review process, unclear expectations set for everyone, especially managers, lack of respect from managers at times
