      Pros

      Great team of employees management makes sure employees know the products being sold employees were treated with positive reinforcement on the sales floor. raises were given fairly during yearly review.

      Cons

      too many employees in one store often made the distribution of hours low. too high of a demand for employees to sell the brand credit card. lots of people called in sick therefor adding more work to employees who actually showed up.

      good discounts, flexible hours, management was friendly and willing to compromise for last minute scheduling changes. opportunity to return to work for another summer

      Cons

      frustrating to adhere to corporate policies at times, work could be slow, not many opportunities for advancement, compensation could have been more competitive
