Pros

The store environment was also neat and clean , the coworkers were very friendly. Other than that besides the discount I can not think of anything else.

Cons

The manager on duty constantly whistled to whatever songs were on the radio and it was very annoying. I also did not being forced to market Gap cards. I also was trained for cash register use but was never given the chance to use them. They didnt even give you a meal ticket while working inside of the mall. I also did not like being forced to wear Gap clothes.

Pros

Great potential to develop those managerial skills. Get to work with a variety of people. Learn different management styles. Looks great on a resume

Cons

Not an enviroment that really focuses on people development. Any position from a store manager down feels like you are insignificant.
