Sexual Harassment left unaddressed Poor Leadership Unexperienced leadership Promotions not merit-based or experience-based No standards of procedures Overpriced health insurance Extremely limited sick leave Nurses are not held to the standards of nursing Unsafe practices People in HR have zero HR background Difficult scheduling and not accommodating unless you are favored Termination without cause Retaliation They were not vetting the CMO, which led the site to have a CMO with a restricted medical license for illegally distributing controlled substances across state lines.
