Ability to support defense efforts without needing a security clearance. Above average pay and recognition for hard work Knowledge that what you do matters

Cons

As with any defense contractor company, there are times when you have to make tough decisions that you may not agree with at first but in time realize that's why you're contractors.

- No upward movement - The truth is of no use in this organization...upper management would rather have a "yes man" than someone who actually tells it like it truly is. - Upper management hires based on a friendship rather than actual skill or experience - Raises and Bonuses, when given, are more of a slap in the face rather than acknowledgement for your hard work.
