Pros
Their pay was not bad for this area. After all the merges that happened I did receive a substantial raise.
Cons
Don't listen to suggestions from employees. Don't take time in department when considering promotions, strictly goes by time with company. Does not have any local sales people in area to sell product to new customer prospects.
