Pros
Pay is decent and the guys I worked with were good as well. You get a fair amount of vacation time as well.
Cons
The trucks are constantly in horrible condition and held together by rust and sadness. With no ventilation you rely on the heat and air conditioning and most of the time neither worked when you wanted it to. The only way you got the air fixed every summer was by calling OHSA. We even had a guy pass out behind the steering wheel from heat exhaustion. Also, you will find they are about as disorganized as humanly possible and will blame you for their problems.
