No Training, No organization, No equipment, Management does not care about the staff, No supplies ie, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc..., 6 trucks in the shop, company can not get them out because they cant pay the bill!!!! Suppliers are refusing to do business with Garda because they don't pay their bills, company gets sold at least every year.

Constant fear of losing job even when doing things above and beyond. They would hire new people that are with them for two weeks before firing them. Constant restructuring of internal positions. All about who you know not about what you know. There was no pay increase while I worked there not even for cost of living. Employees were shown no respect by upper management. The French faction of the company would talk down to the American faction all the time. This is very demeaning as half the time they dont even know what they are doing. Job growth was not an option. Long hours and low pay. Benefits were horrible while I was there. They used to be good. No 401k matching
