Pay is not good and not based on experience

There are several downsides but fortunately I am grateful to be working at one of the best locations from what I have heard from other people. One con is that corporate is all about the money and profit and not about the resident, well at least it's not their priority. It used to be all about the residents but over some time corporate has made changes that make you wonder what their priority is. Luckily our building works very hard to try and make compensations and show the residents that they come first to us. Another con is that corporte told employees that they could not move up in the company. This was very upsetting as they closed the doors for any chances in working your way up in what I thought was an amazing company. You can tell how stingy corporate is with their money. If corporate were to make some changes this company could improve greatly!
