Residents were usually very nice. Straight forward work, flexible times and hours if you are still in school.

Cons

Would sometimes be given a heavy schedule, just be communicative and set boundaries of when you are able to work. Could be draining and repetitive on longer days.

Cons

- Management changes at least every six months. - After 5pm, there are NO supervisors or nurses. Had many incidents during this time, and it was only cnas. - Never enough staff.
