Pros

Has the potential to be an amazing company. Co-workers were very helpful, considerate, and somewhat like a family. The lender they work with (United Wholesale Mortgage) is incredible.

Cons

President Anthony Casa is very knowledgeable, capable, and passionate ... Just not helpful/caring towards employees not in his "Inner Circle" of pals. He does not practice what he preaches and tends to get ahead of himself. Will not hesitate to put you down, when in a bad mood. Reviews are all filtered and selectively asked for, don't believe everything you read. Compensation isn't terrible, but could be better. Known to hire, use, and let go of people when thing get slow.

Pros

Good money if you’re willing to give up the rest of your life to stay in the office.

Cons

Justin is a great leader, Anthony on the other hand is a condescending leader who threatens his employees jobs on a weekly basis if goals are not met and regularly uses profanity to motivate his “staff”. To either perform or not bother showing up. When the job was given to me I was to understand my training was the most important part of my job until I was licensed, after a week long training course only looking at how Mortgages work, we were put to work on the phones. Hitting 50 calls a day with 2.5 hours of call time is impossible when when the leads you are being given are 6 months old and have been called so much it’s borderline harassment. All employees are “at will” and can be fired at any time for any reason. I was part of a group that was told this line of work was not for us and that our “life outside work was more important”. This is after working for 6 days a week for a month 9-7pm and answering emails from home.
