Pros

I have worked for various large companies and more often than not have been made to feel unwanted. At Garden State Home Loans I feel more appreciated. I also have been given the creative freedom to approach tasks in unique ways that I wasn't afforded in previous places of employment. They give their employees their trust.

Cons

There hasn't really been much of a downside for me, thus far. I have worked for some companies that treat their employees pretty horribly, so this has been a breath of fresh air for me.
