      good. I was given a chance but failed to make an impact during group rehabilitation sessions as a peer mentor, a contrast to when I was a client at that non-profit

      Flexible work schedule, kind supervisors and other staff, they do activities for the staff whenever they can.

      Extreme stress, inadequate staffing all the time, low pay, constantly being asked to “do more”
