Lots of benefits given to the associates with internal and external programs that will benefit you in many areas of life. People here want you to succeed so it never feels like a competition between you and fellow associates.

Cons

Promotions and advancements do take time and if leadership is what someone were to be desiring, I have been told many times it is more efficient to take a job else where and then come back some time later.
