Work life balance, good working pace, easy to move around if opportunity is there, very good on DEI in relation to other large corporations, come as you are/wear whatever (love this)

Cons

Sometimes not easy to move within the company - people typically don't leave so it can be hard to find depending on department/job function, business units are segmented
