Lots of learning and good mentorship

Cons

Very minimal ability to move upward, would have to relocate, not fulfilling, management just wanted you to do more without extra incentive pay

The pros are endless. They treated me well, pay was great, and I got to borrow whatever devices I wanted.

Cons

Long training process, but as to be expected with so much to learn.
