      This all depends on what project you are on. Sometimes management is great and works with the guys well and quality of life is high, but there are still several guys in leadership positions who have antiquated beliefs about quality of life. ESOP is good, but they use the benefits as an excuse to not pay

      Cons

      It's a good old boys club. Get on the bad side of the wrong guy and you're done.
