      Employee owned, so all employees work for the good of the company, as well as their own future.

      Cons

      Bid schedule can be grueling. Sometimes can be a distraction from overall quality of life. Not that different from the rest of the industry, but it's difficult at times.

      Long long hours with no breaks. Moving with no time to find a place. Understaffed/poorly staffed projects.
