Good company pay-wise and benefits. I do belive the company had good values.

Cons

I worked with a bad group of people. Constant jockeying, finger pointing, and moving targets. The companies values were touted constantly but never used.

Garney does great work. The people there are for the most part extremely knowledgeable. The money is great the ESOP is great.

Cons

The operations group in the corporate group in Kansas City don’t really like each other.
