I started at the company with minimal skills but had great determination my boss seen that and has pushed me to do and become a leader. Now 3 years later I have my own crew and i am.one of the lead carpenters out of a 40 men crew.. Great benefits and and the esop will help you have financial security when your want to retire at no cost to you.

Cons

Might have to travel for a few months or more once you become a value at your position you will be requested to help finish critical tasks.
