Pros

Garney was a great place to work. The 100% employee-ownership mentality could be felt throughout the company and that made a huge difference. It felt as though everyone was working towards one common goal. The culture was very inviting and they take care of their employees. Safety will always be their number one priority and that speaks volumes.

Cons

I don't have cons about the company. Finding a healthy work/life balance was challenging at times because the construction industry never stops, especially for critical water/wastewater infrastructure but that was understandable due to the nature of the work.

Cons

The hours are so incredibly long and you will not get paid for them.
