      ESOP is phenomenal and takes 6 years to be fully vested. There is no shortage of work and you can rise through the company using skills that will be developed internally.

      Cons

      Travel for work is common and can be frequent pending the projects you are assigned to. Hours worked can be extreme at times for project and company expectations.
