      Pros

      Great company and people. Can be rewarding but only after the long term. Constant company backlog. Benefits are alright. Never met a coworker I didn't get along with. Room for growth if you are favored.

      Cons

      Long hours with low recognition. Upper management only see's the PM. Have to stick around for a while to see any reward. Low compensation. Expected to give everything for the company. Below average pay. Seems like a company divided by Regions.

      The job is something new every day and a great opportunity to learn. Plenty of people to help out and train you. The Benefits are great too
