Pros

Working as a carpenter it was refreshing to have a management team that interacted with the field personnel. The interaction was warm, friendly, and made you feel needed and appreciated.

Cons

Traveling all the time can be very hard. There is never a chance to work out of one area. YOu have to go where the work is, it is just the nature of the beast.
